Policies

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • I currently  accept Zelle, Venmo, cash or checks as forms of payment.

 

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • The client is responsible for paying for any missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24-hours notice.

  • If you are running late, please call or text and let me know. Unfortunately, I may not be able to accommodate your full massage appointment if you are more than 5 minutes late.

 

Arrival Policies

  • Please do not smoke or drink alcohol prior to your appointment.

  • Please silence any cell phones or noise-making devices prior to your appointment.  If special circumstances require you to have access to your device during your massage, arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to fill out any necessary forms and decompress before your massage.

 

Professional Boundaries

  • I will practice appropriate draping techniques, uncovering only the areas of the body being massaged. If at any time the client prefers not to be undraped, accommodations can be made.

  • Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a legal guardian.

 

Confidentiality

  • The discussion between the client and the practitioner is confidential.

  • Any and all client information is retained in a secure location and will not be released to anyone other than the client without the client’s written consent, unless compelled by law.
